Katharine Paravicini is an interior designer working on projects throughout the United Kingdom and abroad.
Katharine is passionate about creating unique and elegant interiors; rooms which are brought to life with interesting textiles, furniture, lighting and art. Her interiors demonstrate a strong sense of colour and pattern, and a fusing of the old with the new, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship and a sensitivity to the period and style of the building she is working on.
Working with a wide range of trusted suppliers, antique dealers, artisans and craftsmen, many of whom she has established close relationships with over the years, Katharine offers a completely bespoke service tailored to her clients' needs, thoughtfully considered at every stage and delivered with meticulous attention to detail. Katharine takes a fresh approach to every new project and loves to work closely with all her clients, helping them to bring their vision for their home to reality, believing that every interior should reflect the personalities of the people who live there.
Katharine has over 15 years experience in the industry. She began her career immersed in the world of design at House & Garden magazine. She then moved to Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler, the oldest and most respected interior design firm in Britain, where she gained invaluable design and decorating experience and knowledge over four years, before setting up her own interior design studio in 2014.
In October 2021, Katharine was included in a list by House & Garden magazine as one of ’30 Exciting Up-and-Coming Interior Designers’
